The first lake day of the year meant lazing on the bow of the Key West with Nana while David, our tour guide, steered us through the pretty green waters of Lake Keowee. A picnic lunch, a visit to the waterfall, and a view of the mountain storm in the distance made for a Super Day!
My trusty Nikon enjoyed capturing a lone flower that had pushed its way through last falls dried leaves happy to see the sun, a glowing view of the lake from the cottage after the rain, and the vibrant colors of Nana's fishy windsock ready for summer breezes.
The Super Moon followed our lake-worn, sunburned bodies home and tucked us into bed!
Ahhh...It's so nice to know there are many more of these days ahead!
